Restrooms looked very worn down and in need of facial repairs, but were not unclean. Refreshments were average priced amusement fare, with the whole cheese pizza and lemonade being above standards for this variety of menu. Unfortunately, for only three visitors to the cafe at the time, the tables were inexcusably filthy.
We only played mini golf and the courses were a blast! However, we walked around and the next time we visit the area there is a great chance we will spend time riding the go karts as well. The park has a really cool design and is a good value away from the bustle of Atlantic Ave in VA Beach.
This place is a complete joke and a waste of money. My12 year old son and family attended this park for the first time two weekends ago. Within 20 min of being in the park (Two Rides Later) my son injured his hand on one of the go-carts. The steering wheel was missing foam and he ended up cutting his hand on the metal that was uncovered. The park was understaffed and very unprofessional. We stopped the race early due to his injury, and tried to ask for first aid from the attendants. To my surprise they had zero first aid kits near by. We ended up walking to the managers office to find the supervisor and two other young females chatting away and playing on their cell phones. We asked for the the wound to be cleaned and at least some type of cream and bandage to be applied. After that was completed, my son was in to much pain to continue riding, the supervisor said now that his hand was wrapped up he should not feel any pain and should be good to continue to ride. I asked the supervisor for a refund as my son was injured and we were not happy with our visit. I was advised that they do not offer refunds. At that point our park wrist bands were removed and we left the park. The following monday I contacted the park to speak to a manager, no one answered so I left a very extensive message. Called again Tues, Wed, Thur, finally Friday I was able to reach a manager. I explained what had happened, her reply was still (I'm unable to offer you a refund, And that the GM would have to get back to me regarding it.) A week later still no reply from management, or the GM of the park. I would highly recommend staying away from this park. I will NEVER return, and I will make sure to steer people away from it. There are much better and more professional parks that offer the same things. The staff needs extensive training and the equipment needs much updating. Again take your money elsewhere!!!!!!
Helpful staff at the locations they could be found, however, small rides were not staffed at any of the three times during our visit. Attractions in operation were maintained and managed well with attention to safety.
So much fun! Staff is very nice. We went during off season which meant concession wasn't operational. I recommend tons of sunscreen
Went mini golfing here, pirate theme was fun! Has 2 courses, easy & hard. Then went to the over 18 go cart track to drive faster ones. Enjoyed it.
All in all, a bit overpriced, but worth the smiles of a happy 6 year old if they don't mind not having enough to drive by themselves (they can ride as a second passenger in several bigger tracks).
