I made my first visit to Mix It Up recently and have to say I really liked the place. I was completely unaware they had added a taproom and must say it was very nice. I didn't get a count of the taps but I would guess there's close to 50. Out back of the taproom there's also a outdoor area with some picnic tables and chairs so if you're a smoker or just want to be outside they can accommodate you.
This place is awesome. The staff are super nice and helpful. They will help you find a beer that fits your taste. And with how many taps they have most people should have absolutely no trouble finding some they like! They also have an outside section which is great. And for the non-beer drinkers they also have some wine by the glass. And if you don't like those choices they have bottles you can buy and drink on premises (and take any leftover with you). The only downside is the seating area is a but small and it can get crowded. However, they also do growler fills (32 and 64oz) so you can take it to go. If you are concerned about filling a whole growler without trying it first fear not! They will let you taste as many as you want before you make a decision (even if you are just getting a pint).
Cool place that has a huge variety of beers on tap, small menu items.
We were there for a few hours and apparently on Tuesdays they do a Taco Tuesday thing and I saw many soft taco's pass by the table. I didn't have one but maybe next time around I'll sample.

I found the staff to be very friendly almost to a point of being over friendly. Service we good and it's definitely a place to check out if you're on the north side of VB and want to stop for a pint or 3.
They are super dog friendly with water bowls and toys. Amazing beers too! Love this place.
