Owner was outstanding. Got there and we're 15 minutes early for cheaper bowling, so he let us play pool for free until it was time. Great, clean, fun place.
Although it says open today they are not. League play told come back in 2 hours. Should modifiy hours and to state you are actually closed to the public.
We bowled here many times, use the place for corporate events and when we arrived yesterday to an EMPTY parking lot a little after 6pm we were told we couldn't bowl until after 9pm. We came with 4 children and over half of the lanes were open. They said they were holding the lanes for leauges that would arrive in 20 minutes or so. I asked to speak with a manager and was told the same thing- and most upsettingly they were unapologetic and rude and had the nerve to tell me (three different staff members) said "that's where we make our money". Like how insulting that we are not paying customers either. An empty place and they would not give us one bowling lane. I will never return after being treated like yesterday's trash.
Hosted 5 or so events here over the past couple of months and it has always been a successful experience. Decent "fast food" quality meals and appetizers delivered right to your lane. Plenty of bowling shoes in every size and an assortment of bowling balls to accommodate any size hand (or fingers). The bar can make almost any drink you can think of and makes them well. A bit annoying to get to due to being in the Laskin/Hilltop area where the roads are crappy, but still worth the trip.
Definitely the best bowling alley in town. Everyone works hard to make you feel welcome. "bowling alley food" that always tastes good.
