When I received my truck back they asked if it met my satisfaction. I opened one of the back doors and found the floor board still had dirt and sand, and pointed it out to the person. They explained that if I wanted a better vacuum job that I would have to get the 'detailed detail' which I didn't even know was an option. Albeit not an acceptable excuse I decided to let it go and the person left. Once I actually got in my truck I found that there was still dirt in cup holders, the shifter boot, and various other places. Plus there were about half a dozen dried wax prints of the attendant’s fore arms or elbows where they leaned on parts of the interior and didn’t wipe up after themselves. The only good job they did was on the windows.
Didn't do a good job on interior. Lots of places untouched. Expensive for what you got. Not impressed . Won't be going back.
I'm not quite sure how this place is successful. Every person there was grumbling about how long they had been there for a wash or detail. Maybe the front desk folks should be more communicative about how long it could potentially take for their vehicle to be completed. Nice waiting area with complimentary Keurig, as well as snacks and drinks for purchase. Cable TV to pass the wait ..
Don't waste your time or money. I usually clean my vehicles but decided to bring my truck in and save me some effort this go around. Upon arriving the attendant explained the different options available and I chose the highest one which was supposed to include a car wash, vacuum, window cleaning, and wipe down of the interior. I even elected to pay the extra $1 each to have them clean my floor mats.
Decent quality work, but the amount of time it takes to get your car washed for a basic $15 dollar wash is ridiculous. It took over and hour to get done in the middle of the day during the work week. My best suggestion would be for management to seriously review the practices used to manage the workload here. Defiantly not worth the wait.
Sent my in-laws over there to get a wash and vacuum inside (they evacuated from the hurricane up here and I thought this was he best place to get their car done) and they are handicapped so they have a hard time doing it themselves... I needed up having to vacuum inside again because they did a poor job of vacuuming ... and for $39? That's a bit steep for such a half-hearted job.
What makes it worse is that I had already tipped the person when I was paying at the register before being able to inspect their work! Lesson Learned: Keep cleaning my own vehicles or go somewhere other than here.
