Doing my break up; being married was ending and instead of her being mature she calls cops lied to them with her siblings and have me arrested. Long story short the judge didn't even have my file and automatically was going to sentence me. I am currently a College Student in Norfolk as well as back then and I was shock by the bias in the court system.
At least there's free parking..............
THIS COURT SYSTEM SUCKS I HOPE THE FEDERAL COURTS TAKES A LONG HARD LOOK AT WHAT THEY ARE DOING IN THIS SYSTEM , THEY ARE ALL HUNGRY FOR MONEY THEY ARE HARVESTING YOUR KIDS AS PROFIT FOR THE CITY IT IS RIDICULOUS HOW THEY RUN THERE SYSTEM. ITS NEVER ABOUT THE CHILD
It is my first time going through a demonic divorce stage and the Judicial system here is the worst especially compared to NYC which is always my home. Shame on Norfolk Judges and shame on some of the Judges in Virginia Beach who no longer cares and willing to sentence the innocent because they feel it will never happen to them. Virginia Judicial system is the worst to be caught in especially if your record is clean.
Judge couldn't seem to make a decision, was indecisive. No satisfaction for either side!
This court is the worst place in the entire earth. The Judges are mentatlly ill and a danger to themselves and others. The Court staff are criminals . The staff has defrauded us citizens in several child custody cases. Horrible cops harassing innocent persons. I hope some one is able to rescue women and child involved in cases because the courts staff are scam artist.
