I had a bad experience with another company who improperly installed an electrical panel at my rental property & improperly diagnosed/repaired several electrical issues including a 250 Volts to outlets with floating/loose neutral connections, disconnected grounding rods, and blown surge suppressor (just to name a few) that they installed. It all led back to the improper electrical panel installation.
Got that lady in a car shop in the 70s vibe. AKA I'm about to be ripped off majorly. Not too great.

Honestly, I'm blown away. I had requested a quote from a couple of different places.
