If I could give this business less than one star I would!! This business is full of crooks! I almost had my balance paid off and called to ask if when they charge interest they charge only the amount of interest charged on the remainder or they charge interest on the entire loan over the year. The customer agent gave me a number (around $50 dollars) and told me this is the only interest I would see show up on my bill as they only would be tacking on interest of the remainder of my bill.
THIS COMPANY IS GARBAGE.
Well, my bill came...and there was over $400 dollars in interest (more than the remainder). I called and spoke to a woman who told me they always tack on the interest for the entirety of the bill. She said they had references for all the calls and chats I had with them, but they wouldn't release any of them to me. Then stated there was nothing else they could do to help me and that I am now expected to pay the interest charges.
24 hours for closing and will never ever ever reopen 1 in my life.
There are nothing but negative reviews and I'm trying to understand why. I received approval from them in minutes and have had nothing but positive experience with them. I would recommend them.
I would say this company is pretty out dated. They are way behind on their technology. 30% interest wow. I don’t recommend
The worst company out there...tried a dozen time to do direct wirhdraw from my account. They never let me know it wasnt coming out until it was 4 month behind and in collections then they give me a email. Destroyed my credit. And if you do try to contact them be prepared to wait 45 mins bunch of ass clowns
