Open 24 x 7, staff and equipment outstanding. Staz (Stacy & Taz) are great managers!

The environment is boring, no motivation. Staff constantly on their phones... just not a really fun and exciting gym to go to. Minimal equipment so when it does get busy it sucks. It used to always be clean but that has declined slowly.. just not a gym i would recommend if your a workout enthusiasts.
