It's 10/24/17 and we're still waiting for a $300 refund from Bunn for auto insurance cancelled 9/9/17, nearly 7 weeks ago. As a loyal (12-yr Bunn and 25-yr Nationwide) customer, we expected better. While they sent a check in September, it bounced after depositing it, costing me $15. Nobody had the courtesy to contact me to tell me they had stopped payment for some reason. Still waiting, AFM.
