I have only had one bad experience in 6 years and it was rectified immediately. Management and the sales staff are accommodating, friendly and genuinely care about you as their customer. If GeGe, Queenie or Chuck relocated so will I. They care enough to remember regular customers by name. When my diamond necklace broke they fixed it with no issues even though it was my fault. Per my purchase agreement I go every 6 months for my jewelry cleaning there is never an issue. If there is anything wrong they send it for repair. Upgrading my jewelry was with ease and grace. These are kind and special people AT THIS location my husband and I wont go to any other store to purchase our jewelry.
Do not buy from this Zales store or make returns. Do not buy offline either. This store and the online customer service lied about a returned expensive purchase and instead of returning money back they charged me twice!
Skip the Lynnhaven store and go straight here! The manager was extremely helpful and friendly. I wish I had gotten his name cause he has great customer service.
