Mr Baxley is a top notch lawyer, and worth every penny! When I called in for an initial consultation he responded quickly, he listened and the way he laid out the adsep process he put our minds at ease and we knew right away he was our guy. The process happened almost exactly as he said it would, all the way up and through the board. The board members deliberated 10 mins and came back with no misconduct, retained! WORTH EVERY PENNY!
The popularity of your case and military rank determine how much time he'll actually spend working on your case specifically. So for the Enlisted men and women who read this review--STAY AWAY from this law practice. With the military getting rid of people left and right, if you've gotten yourself into trouble just own up to it and face the facts: You'll be let go, period. Ignore the false hopes listed in the "Testimonial" section of his website. Again, you only see what the people DIDN'T get, not what they did. Of course it sounds really great to post "Rape charges were dropped" but what he doesn't tell you is that the person was convicted under a different article and got sentenced to 60yrs in prison.
Mr. Baxley is the GOLD standard of military law. His work ethic was remarkable and he predicted everything that was to come between the command and our proceedings. He worked hard and when my day in court came, the verdict was not guilty. If you are considering legal counsel I would not look any further, he is the man for the job. I strongly would advise you get in contact with JAG defense. Every good lawyer is hard to get in contact with, when your day comes you will be glad you are receiving top notch class. I guarantee it!
Called 3 days in a row, emailed them to each no reply from ANYONE. Got the front desk clerk lady who informed me Mr. Baxley or others would contact me within 24-48 hours. It has now been a week later and nothing..so for a defense attorney and a jag defense attorney at that. I would most definitely not waste your time here!
Grover Baxley is a SHAM ATTORNEY. He pads his pockets by giving desperate military members in trouble with the law hope that they'll remain in the service--unfortunately they're willing to pay BIG MONEY for that privilege. Take a look at the website where Grover tells what his clients DIDN'T get as punishment...he never tells specifically what they DID receive. Stay away from this phony and his associates.
