Not enough workers to move people in and out! Very very slow.
The people who operate this place, I have had the worst experience ever dealing with my local office, I received more help and politeness in dealing with other offices in other states. I even asked at one point to speak with a workers supervisor and she refused me then continued to speak to me like I was a dog or something, not a person who suffers from a disability and is being wronged by my local office, they lost all four of my waivers and they were not suppose to mess with things that were in my file on their computer screens but this worker simply did not care and told me that I could nothing about it, it was in their hands. I now am considering bringing in the news media and letting my state officials as well as the president of our country know how these people miss treat the disabled victims in our city. I am appalled and because of their mistake my family And I are severely suffering and could lose everything. All because this office refuses to correct their mistake. I have never in my life been so mistreated before....
Horrible, I wish I could post a picture right now of the 50 people waiting & only 1 window open helping people. Still waiting!!!!!
Been waiting on info for over 6 months now when i was told i would hear something in 60 days and the window worker was rude af!!!
Excellent and quick service. It took literally 5 minutes from the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out. My case was simple, just a name change but everyone I encountered was very courteous.
