Good alternative to some of the other pizza places in the area that charge a lot more. The pizza here while still doesn't beat getting pizza up north, is still one of the best in Virginia Beach. I highly recommend it.
their pizza is delicious and their prices are great as well. The employees are very accommodating.
The food was delicious! The cashier and the cook were very kind and helpful. If you just get takeout food from here you will be satisfied. The atmosphere was cheesy but the downfall was the neighborhood and the transients that came in and out while we were eating. One man that came in was loud and drunk. The other looked like an addict and probably was homeless. There were some other dicey people that came and went. This took away from our eating experience.... it's hard to enjoy your food when you don't really feel safe.

I constantly order from Sal's for delivery. Today 8/17. I ordered my pizza & wings online through slice @ 6:22p.m. It is 7:38 & I still haven't received my food.When I called them about 10 minutes ago.I was told they have not received my order. I was asked how i ordered which I stated online. & I was asked who did I order it through. Which is slice. As I always do.The women informed me.They do not have my order.I disconnected with her and immediately called slice. I explained the situation and I was informed by the lady from slice that they did receive my order.She place me on hold to call Sal's. They made up a totally different story to slice.Stating that i was calling about a new order which was a complete lie.I really enjoy Sal's pizza.But In this case,I will stop ordering from them.I rather for you to own your mistake vs. Lying.
