Love the movies and here is the perfect place to be.
i was so upset, i am an AMC Stubs card member, they had the premier line, so i went there, although they accomodate me in buying my tickets, but when it comes to the concessions area, i stand there for like 5 mins and no one in their associates even bothered to call for the premier line, i feel so embarrased, people are looking at me because i was the only one on that line at that time, so to my dismay, i just went in to the long regular lines and when i asked one of the associate why they werent calling for premier lines, the guy was stuttering and couldnt't explain what was happened. He was pointing the lady on his left that she should be the one to call the people for the premier lines, i just shook my head, if it weren't for the points i would not renew my stubs card,. Leaving 2 stars for customer service.! be glad its 2 not 1.
I went to see Planet of the Apes today. The movie was great. The theater on the other hand was extremely hot. The air conditioning was off. I thought maybe it took some time for the air to come on. About an hour into the movie I complained to the manager. He said that someone was looking into it. The air never came on. I won't be back to this theater again during the summer. I'll stick to Regal Cinemas.
Always a good experience. Great sound system, great screens. Seats could be a little more comfy, but, no complaints.

Manager was completely rude. My girlfriend and I come here literally all the time, for at least the last 8 months and last night we went to see a movie, the manager told her she could not come in because didn't have her ID on her...we've NEVER been ID'd here. She saw my ID, I'm 21 in a matter of months, like yes I'm totally going to take a like 16/17 year old on a date. We hopped in the line next to it to ask the young guy to talk to the manager, the people in front of us were young looking and were not asked for their ID at all. We asked the young guy for a manager and found out the lady from box office was her and she waved very ignorantly and was like "I'm right here". We went back to grab the ID and we're told the movie wasn't even showing because of a power outage. The young guy happened to be misinformed, because we asked for the manager and she pulled up the tickets. She's very lucky the movie was still showing.Very displeased with this theater. Needless to say we will be watching our movies elsewhere:)
The smell is not strong and the line (95% of the time) is not long at all! Only a 10 minute wait AT THE MOST. We are a huge movie family and the Stubs rewards are amazing! If you get one large popcorn, you get FREE refills and if you are a premier member (We are!), you skip the whole line!
