Vince Powell the owner of rim kings is a very honest and professional man I went to get a estimate on a scratch that was on my car I was quoted by macco 1470$ I went to rim kings immediately Vince wanted to help me get this taken care of he got a big scratch removed from the door and also said he will go ahead and paint touch up my car for free I thought wow what a honest man and how much help he was without Vince helping me getting this scratch and paint job touched up my whole vacation was ruined but Vince restored my faith and energy and I was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation knowing my car was taken care of thank you Vince and rim kings you guys are the best highly recommend this place to anyone

From the moment I made my first contact they were on it. I explained what it was I wanted on a Wednesday and set up my appointment for Friday. Once I arrived we did a walk around of my vehicle, the same deal that brought me in the door was the same one I got, which I can appreciate. I started with getting all the trim on my car dipped and was so pleased with the outcome, went back two days later and got a set of new tires and my wheels dipped as well. Their turn around time was fast, the prices were good and fair, when you think about a business sole purpose to make money, I really can appreciate what I got for my money. Their work was excellent I am so happy with my car, will post pics later. Also one thing that is big for me, customer service and communication and they exceeded all of my expectations. I will recommend them to everyone I know and will be a lifelong customer, next on my checklist is interior and sound system. Also shop was clean and comfortable, seating was available to wait for a ride, location was convenient, and as a woman that doesn't know much about customization I never once felt in over my head they really took the time to earn my business and delivered!
