Ten dollar parking until 3 am. Usually an interesting looking hearse in the parking lot.
They need to stop charging people that work at the ocean front these outrageous amounts...and a pass is 50 bucks a month. Yeah thats cheap if you can afford it but a waitress on a bad night or several cant. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Served the purpose. I was a bit put off that I was aggressively told I could only park on 6th floor or would be fined and had to be out by 5am. I only needed to park for a short period and still charged I guess what was a holiday rate. To my surprise the beach was a block and the Fouth Fireworks Celebration was right there. Great for people like me who take a lot of day trips..
Much larger garage. Fit full size trucks and SUVs in there
I've had really great experiences with this lot in the last year, however when I first started using it, it was $5. Now it's $10. It gave me a ticket, and three hours later when I tried to leave, it told me the ticket was expired. I had to call for help, as there was no one in the booth. She asked me several times if I could have accidentally gotten it switched with an old ticket. Umm, no... I can understand the occasional issues, and the lady who came out to help me was very pleasant. However, I had to keep backing up and pulling forward, as the automated system for residents is the same as Dominion Towers, and so it was trying to read the strip on my windshield and would not let her log into her system. If someone had been behind me, it would have been a horrible experience.
