This time there won't be a next time. There's too many other places to go where I don't have to put up with,bitter,dried up ,old,hateful woman. Places that I won't have to prove that my bank account is mine in order to swipe my own debit card. A debit means I have all the passwords Ladies,that I'm authorized to use my own card. FFS,I'm the one that created the account and the codes that go with it!!!!
Prices n quality are amazing. I don' shop at any other thrift store. The near by thrift stores have walmart prices... For that I would just shop at walmart n get it new
Get up to the counter with about $20 worth of stuff. Ring it up and hand her my card and say "debit please." She sourly informed me,"we only run credit here,where's your ID?!" My ID??? TO RUN MY DEBIT???? I told her I didn't have it,that I've never been asked for my ID when using my DEBIT card. Even went so far as to pull up my facebook,with my name and picture on it. Nope,The Debit Card Natzi wasn't taking that either. And the thing that made it even worse was the attitude these women have. I've been in customer service 24 plus years... These women need hard core lessons in how to interact with the general public.
I'd give you more than one star because you always have neat stuff here,but your Staff sucks on a customer service level. And I'll tell you why.
Great thrift store with individual priced items that are marked down every week
As a veteran myself, I'm happy about anything that supports the cause of assisting American military veterans. This location is clean, neat, and efficient. The items for sale are generally in great condition for used items. The staff is fast and friendly. Four stars because pricing on some items is a little steep for a thrift store, but an excellent place to make good finds.
My husband went there a few weeks ago and got me a new scrub top. He came home,it was too big. So we went back together to get another one. I found one I liked that fit. It was $3.00 LESS than the first one. Got up to the front and no go... They wouldn't do a refund OR an even exchange. I didn't care about the three dollar difference.. Nope,no go.. and they were rude AF!!!! I held my tongue and just bought it outright because I needed it. Decided because of the rudeness I'd never go back. Fast-forward about 6 weeks.. Decided I'd give them another shot. Went with the Hubs again. I wasn't driving so I just grabbed my debit card and stuck it in my back pocket.
Always seems to have more or less what I'm looking for-- and the people are very helpful. Found a few designer pieces before (Marc Jacobs Dress, vintage coach purses) but you really have to look. People are very helpful!
