The only reason I am changing my review is due to lack of communication on the end of Select Auto staff. My temp registration expires on 8/13, and if I didn't follow-up with Select Auto no one was going to inform me that I had to bring the vehicle back down to Virginia Beach in order for the vehicle to go through inspection. I feel their communication could be better and complete all paperwork, and necessary documentation myself, and others can avoid making back to back trips.
I had nothing but a positive experience. Will was my sellsman, he was awesome. Very informative and helpful throughout this process. I would recommend him to anyone. I would like to thank select automotive for such a smooth process in getting my new car.
