Johann was amazing to work with! He made the whole experience painless and a breeze. When we went to look at the car that I saw online, he was straight up and honest about not having the key for it at the moment (another salesperson had taken it home...hey, we are all human) but as soon as he got it the next day he kept in contact with my partner and I. We test drove the vehicle and I fell in love. We got things sorted out, paid for, and he was even able to get the radio replaced! He kept in contact about that as well...and got me right in and out once it was replaced. I was a little skeptical at first buying from a lesser we’ll known dealership, but Johann definitely restored some faith! (: thank you!
Oh my gosh I can't rave enough about this place to even do it justice! Eddie made purchasing out of state smooth sailing, I would do the 26 hour drive 10 times over it was so worth it. We were in and out of the building in 10 minutes, signed sealed and delivered with registration in hand. The car is beautiful and in better shape than new. The detailing is done perfectly and I couldn't be happier, thank you so much!!!!
