Excellent service, perfect vehicle and quick!
Open till 7pm meant I didn't have to miss work. My car was very new and very clean and got great mileage. I reserved the car online only the night before and it was ready for pickup the next day. I was very pleased, it was my first time renting and I will come back to this AVIS should I ever need a rental car again. I didn't know renting a car would be so easy!
Worst difficult place to rent a car. The lady working was unprofessional and rude. Never did get a car from this place.
Cars are not clean. Customer service is less then stellar. Probably my last time renting from Avis
Will Rent another vehicle from them in the future
After completing the paperwork, I got in my car and turned it on only to find a warning about low windshield washer fluid. I also noticed that the fuel was at.7/8 full. I went inside to have these rectified. They "fixed" the low fuel through not requiring me to return the car full. A slight inconvenience to guess how much fuel to buy to get to ⅞ rather than just filling it up before turning the car in. I was also informed that they didn't have any windshield washer fluid, and "We haven't had any since I started working here". The next morning I got a low tire pressure warning. I had to stop and pay to fill that thing 3 times in the next 5 days. This place obviously doesn't even look at the cars before renting them back out, as evidenced by my experience and several other reviews. I'll go down the road to rent next time.
