This location is the Best in the Hampton Roads area. I have been renting from this store since August of 2015, and they have an Awesome Team; very Professional Staff. My expectations have been exceeded each time.
I am more accustomed to dealing with Enterprise at airports over stand-alone locations so that might be the issue. I arrived at 1000 when the location opened. I am use to checking in at the airpirt licatiins and having my already cleaned car waiting for me to just hop in. This was not the case, i had to wait for 30 min after checking in for my decently cleaned car to ve ready. It was even more uncomfortable waiting in the building as the staff had to deal with multiple upset customers that did not have a rental after booking one the night before. I feel that from a customer service standing the should have at least pointed them in the direction of another location to help them out. Typically i truly enjoy using Enterprise, but this location could work on there customer service a little.
Marshall and John handled my rental with the utmost efficiency. John was exceptional in helping me use my points on the enterprise reservation site. I received great value on my rental and my time.
Also, very kind drivers with my to and from service.
Customer service was great and prices are very reasonable. Will use again for out of town trips. Less miles on my car.
