Horrid place! Unhelpful staff. Left multiple messages and had zero response until I called freaking out because I was low on prescriptions. Was told my chart was blank. Was told I have multiple charts. Was told charts were merged. Nobody over there knows what is going on. I was told they can't help me. Was referred out to specialist only to be told that the specialist's results were not good enough. All this while I am the end of my rope because if they had communicated ANYTHING earlier I could have prevented running out of my prescription. Pathetic, uncommunicative, changing the "policy" mid treatment and just over all extreme waste of my life and money. I would rather sit 4 hours in an ER waiting room then ever go back here.
This practice is NOT customer service friendly at all!
They seem to take advantage, I'm sorry service, the elderly mostly.
My husband and I are in the process of leaving this practice after only being patients for 3 months. The staff that answers the phone is extremely unprofessional, and the Doctors want you to "be seen" every few months for prescription refills, thusly making sure that the patient has plenty of additional cost out of their pocket. They have also cancelled every single appointment I have made with them. I never received a call back to reschedule so there was a lot of time wasted on my part trying to reschedule.
Do not trust the on-line appointment scheduler if you are a new patient. I used the scheduler and made an appointment. Confirmed on computer screen. No follow up so called two days before to confirm. Appointment was not in system. As a result, I scheduled with a different practice.
Get better phones for your operators. And a little kindness goes a long way
I attempted to come in for a physical, that would be covered by my insurance, after making a very specific appointment, only to be told that if have to pay $204-$306 for a meet and greet first! This is plain policy, no problem, but the staff...all very unprofessional! One nurse followed me from the facility into my uber with her camera phone in both of our faces, and the manager watched. I reacted to the negative treatment and this office thought it was appropriate to allow their staff to harass me, this place is deplorable, it's moldy and ill equipped for an actual practice. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
