Wonderful service! Great staff. Dr. Dowd came in and and knew the right questions to ask and then was quick to put his finger right on the spot that hurt. Got me in for an appointment quickly and scheduled MRI quickly as well. Highly recommend!
Dr Dowd is awesome beyond belief. I came complaining about my right knee that another doctor had told me I only needed a partial replacement. Dr Dowd had me go into X-ray and I was told to lie down. For a knee? He wanted to check my hip first. Then I saw him and told him it was done. When I went to make my appointment he came running with the hip X-ray informing me the hip must be done first. I was bone to bone. Within 11 months I had the right hip, knee and left hip replaced. And two years later my left knee. I am the bionic woman who walks and swims and leads an active senior life. Well Done Dr Dowd. And thank you for a job well done.
I had my right knee replaced on 4/14/2015. Since then, I have been back 5 times because of the pain that I go through night after night. Every time I am seen the doctor says, we'll I don't know why you are hurting. The last time I was seen on 11/19/2015, I asked the doctor about a pain patch . He said let me see do I have any samples. The nurse came back with the sample, and the Dr. never came back and said anything to me. This is the worst thing that I have been through in my life. I am so over it. I will never, ever recommend them to anyone.
Now I have to find someone that will help me. I live in pain every day !!!! And can barley walk. I have to use a cane everywhere I go.
