Locked myself out of my house during a torrential downpour this afternoon. Called them and someone was here within 15 min and 15 minutes later I was back in the house. Fast and friendly, not too expensive either.

I guess they don't actually open at 9. Called the store and they said they will come out right away. Waiting for 20 more minutes until I finally left. Terrible service.
