I called to bring my vehicle there, told the guy the make and model, to my surprise, he told me how to fix it right over the phone. That's the kind of honesty that rarely exist in society today! I would refer them to anyone despite some of the negative reviews I seen on here. Sometimes it pays to examine for yourself!
I brought my auto keys to their shop at Holland twice now. One for my motorcycle and one for my car. Both work great! Quick and easy process. I highly recommend it to anyone. Also, they're a local shop. I tried those vending machines that duplicate keys for you and just got frustrated. Try this shop maybe you'll like them.

If I could give less than one star, I would. For the past two months they have said "we will be there ____ day." Over $600 in checks already cut with their names on it and they have continued to brush us off. I have wasted so much time waiting on someone who obviously does not want our business (which has been a lot over the years, for a large company.)
The guy completely ignored us, the customer service was a total zero. We weren't even acknowledged. We had to leave after waiting 30 mins and the person who was supposed to be helping us didn't even attempt to say anything
