Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Great selection and fair prices. The best at the beach.
Only can give one star because they sold me a fish that was sick, and it spread to other fishes that been fine for months. I called them for questions and all they could do was tell me it's not their fault instead telling me what I need to get. Telling me you never sell sick fish or nothing is wrong with your tanks can not help my tank at home which was fine for months until I got a fish from you. Never going there again tho
It's not a bad store with a great selection of fish and products. My only complaint is that it's very cramped inside and not easy to walk around. Staff is always attentive and friendly and store is decent in cleanliness.
After entering we walked passed 2 people sitting at the front check out counter, neither one turned their head to acknowledge us. We were in the store for 15 minutes and walked by a few employees, not one asked if they could help us or even said hello.
When we left, those same people at the check out counter didn't bother to acknowledge us.
Staff is very knowledgeable, very helpful, and exceptionally patient. Leroy, Carolyn, Brandy and Jeremy are the best, the staff value education over sales, making sure people understand tank parameters, compatibility, and special needs of the fish you are getting instead of selling you the fish and forcing you to find out the hard way. All in all, it is a very uplifting, welcoming atmosphere when you walk in the door. Their inventory is constantly changing, bringing in new things to give wide selection to their customers, and they are willing to special order fish, crustaceans, etc., for people. They also have some large, beautiful display tanks, full of different things to give ideas to people wanting to better their own tanks. I go in all the time Theres always something new there. There are at least 3 place much closer to my house, but go here for the positive, uplifting staff as well as the wonderful selection of fish.
I will never shop here again. I will gladly take my business elsewhere that understands customer service.
