Some of the reviews on the site are terrible...obviously the shop can't be that bad b/c some agencies would have shut it down for sure...it is a pets shop after all
Once we decided to get her, they explained the process and documents very thoroughly and all my questions were answered with a smile.
Definitely will check out the shop again at our next visit
Staff has been friendly and helpful. Loved going in here with my daughter just to see and when we could play with the dog. Only once did I encounter a rude employee and she allowed her friends come in and go into the back to take a dog out which I doubt is allowed. One friend also dropped the puppy onto the ground pretty high up and that is definitely not okay. But other than that clean, healthy looking puppies (even though I would never buy from them), and okay staff.
The whole store is wonderful i enjoyed working there as a kennel associate and the staff including Mariah, Breonna, Natasha, Kristan, and Sam are wonderful and the store manager jerry is a wonderful boss, so i say screw all those false negative reviews
We bought our soft coated wheaten terrier here a month ago. He has been amazing. We were able to house train him in less than two weeks. General Booth Vet Clinic said he had a clean bill of health when we took him for his initial visit, and he has been great ever since. The staff and the manager, Jerry, were friendly and helpful. Great experience with this store!
You can really tell the employees love these puppies! Whenever I walk in they have one out playing with them and loving on them. When I had questions about wanting a fog with a specific temperament (I have kids and wanted a calmer dog) they knew each dogs personality and helped me find the puppy that would fit perfectly in my home.
I put the puppy on hold but didn't come back to get it b/c we didn't think we can accommodate him since we travel so much
I fear that many of these reviews made the experience bad themselves. If you do not ask questions, buy a puppy on a whim, or do not tell the staff when you have an issue you will have a bad time. Puppies are living creatures and they're a lot of work. You must be fully sure you want one and make sure you get all the information you need before you get one. Don't be mad at the staff when something goes wrong.
I thought customer service was great...mariah was her name ,was very friendly and patient with us...i told her we were on vacation and I m sure she knew she might not get the sale but was willing to help us anyway
Now my puppy is home and, while she did take some time to adjust, she is part of the family.
We were on vacation past weekend and so happy to find a pets shop. There was a little York mix less than 6lbs. And loved it so much. Would loved to get it but didn't have any room in my truck for the crate. I regretted it
Most of the dogs I saw were happy..some were asleep.
