I called Roto-/Rooter because I knew from past experience I could count on their technicians to do the job right the first time. Steve Baker arrived on time, discussed with me the job that he would be doing. Due to flooding in the garage a utility sink needed to be replaced. Steve quickly assessed the job, clarified the details, made an estimate of cost, discussed that with me and then worked all morning, took a short break for lunch and back at the job until completion. There were a couple of problems with installation and placement, but Steve resolved them quickly. When he left the new pipe was installed, the sink and washer running perfectly. Steve genuinely seemed to enjoy his work, but important to me as a customer was that he was concerned that I was satisfied with the job and confident it would run properly without any obstacles. Thank you for confident employees who care about the jobs they work on.
Alonzo was very professional during this emergency repair to my main water line. He made the repair quickly and with the pride of working on his own home. We need more technicians and service people who take pride in their work like Alonzo does. Great Job!

It was easy to schedule my home visit online, my technician Shawn arrived early (called first to make sure that was alright!) and then spent time explaining all that he did. He found the problem was on the City side of sewer and told me exactly what to say to ensure a quick response from them. Within 1 hour, I had a City technician arrive and it went exactly the way I anticipated because Shawn was so thorough. Roto Rooter was punctual, courteous and a very calming presence at a time when I thought we might be looking at potentially thousands of dollars to repair our system. Thank you!
