Technician wanted to tear out my cabinets and stated that they would probably need to be replaced because 'they're glued together and they won't come apart in one piece". Also wanted to tear up my linoleum floor to get access to the pipe under the slab. The break in the pipe was clearly visible from the outside of the house. If you get a quote from Tri Star, be sure you get a second opinion!
