Just ordered my last smoothie here. I order online every couple of weeks because the food is OK and it's convenient. After having to beg for my food at the window the last couple visits, I'm frustrated. When I ask girl at window what I'm doing wrong, she say's I should wait in line. When I point to the sign that says "skip the line and pickup here", she says "That's wrong, you have to go over there and ask".
Its ok ,some stuff in there food is not healthy look closely if your a health nut .. if you eat it once in a while its ok..
Waited an hour before leaving empty handed after ordering a strawberry limeade. Even after I asked about it after waiting 30 minutes. They weren't that busy and the staff told me they were getting to it. But everyone after me was getting their order filled. Never going to this location again.
Clean friendly and great healthy food menu
Bad customer service! Avocado tasted old!!! They said hummus veggies and hardly you can taste the hummus.... rice wasn't fully cooked and I have tried it the same wrap at Great Neck locations and it was much better.
Now you're inconvenient and rude... I'm out.
