Went to this store to return an item I bought online. Stated from the beginning I didn't want to exchange and I just wanted a refund. The sales associate proceeded to convince me to look around for something else. I thought, okay, it's their job to suggest this so let me try to find something. After looking around the store for 30 minutes I decided there was nothing there I wanted to purchase so I informed the same associate that I just wanted to return. She became pushy and kept forcing the issue of trying to find something. After I made it perfectly clear that I wanted a refund, she proceeded to tell me that she wasn't allowed to refund the item because it had exceeded the time period to return the item. It was only one day past sixty days!! First off, she could've told me this from the beginning (because she looked at the receipt as soon as I came in) . Secondly, she became really rude towards me because I didn't want to 'look for something else'. I live about 2 hours away from this store, which is the closest one to me . The service and pushy-ness of the associate was an overall bad experience. I will not be shopping at this location anymore. I will stick to online ordering from this company.
Associates were very nice! Not pushy at all offered to order what I needed. Great store. I will visit again.
Love this store; however it is a lil pricey
