I love Farm Fresh! Excellent food at great prices. Service is always excellent!
It pains me to have to write this but there is a situation at the Farm Fresh in Kiln Creek that needs to be addressed. #Until a few months ago that particular Farm Fresh has a wonderful and delicious food bar that prepared many fine entrees. I often drove past many other stores including one other Farm Fresh to eat off this food bar. Now it has been reduced to a simple wing bar. Now this store is no longer special and id like any other cookie cutter grocery store. Needless to say .I no longer shop there. I shows that Farm Fresh no ,longer has an interest in its long term customers. Please do not attempt to spin this. Just show that you you truly have the customer's interests at heart and promply return the food bar to the Kiln Creek Farm Fresh.
Farm Fresh cares a lot about the community. They encourage eating healthy, easy-to-prepare meals. They have great ties to the community with partnerships with CHKD and the military. Also, they have a wide selection of organic foods and wine. Go there first!
I asked the large woman in charge up front for help finding 2 items. Horseradish and veggie patties. She replies in a hurry, the horseradish is with the dry dressings. My background is that i sold food to restaurants for forty years and that I know horseradish is not stored in a non refrigerated space. I related this information to the lady and she said. "oh". The she told me that veggies were in "frozen" and she hurried away. I know because of my background that veggies patties were frozen and had already searched all of the frozen cases for the item and I could not find them. So I decided to look again and could not find either item. I checked out with my 4 item refusing to shop any more. At the checkout the lady was stupid enough to ask me if I found the items that she thought she helped me with. I told her I did not and she was no help at all. Is she really stupid enough to think that the help she gave me was enough so I could find the items. this woman is out of touch and no help to me at all and did not even realize that her helpfulness is nonexistent. Farm Fresh we shop has the nicest people. They are always pleasant and helpful and the store is always clean and well stocked! We appreciate the hometown feel.
