AMAZING!!!! There are no words to explain the customer service, the efficiency, and the amazing work that this establishment does. I am new to the area so I had gone to another shop not knowing about this place to have my car assessed fir a state inspection and they had told me that in order to get my car to where it needed to be that I would have to spend over $1,000. A friend of mine had suggested that I take my car to Beacon Auto Repair and I walked away with paying less than $100.00 for all of my needs. The tech even showed me everything that the other shop was trying to get me on, and walked me through on why my parts were still in good condition and were not needed to be replaced or worked on. I have been there twice now, the second time for an oil change and because I was hearing a weird sound. My friends had told me that I would probably pay over $500.00, I definitely spent a lot less and it was done in less than 2 hours! I am a property manager of 2 apartment communities and I recommend this shop to EVERY ONE of my residents as well as my family and friends!!!
Took my car there said it had to many oil leaks to fix. Took it somewhere else the next day there were no oil leaks I was missing a transmission mount. Car has ran perfectly since
Had some work done. They did everything I ask for except the diagnostic test which I needed the most. Not even 30 mins after I picked up my car I was having issues. People seem nice but not happy at all with not having to take my car somewhere else to find out the real issues.
