Brought my car here for inspection and failed the inspection on my brake pads a headlight and a blinker that work but there is a little spot where the yellow is fading. So the day before I got the inspection I was at the jeep Chrysler dodge dealers with my car getting a oil change and my headlight fixed the same headlight that supposedly failed and they also checked all my brake which I do have the paperwork for saying i have great brakes and JBs says one of my brakes failed. When I walked in here he gave me the nastiest look like he don't deal with BLACK PEOPLE in the first place. They are racist
These guys used to be amazing, but I will no longer recommend this mechanic to anyone. Massive rip off, and it's a shame, because they used to treat women the same as everyone else, but not anymore. Now they're the same as so many other mechanics... assume a girl is to stupid to know anything about vehicles and just pile on ridiculous and unnecessary repairs.
Somewhat short with me about an expensive State Inspection. Made a very high estimate for parts and labor!!
Took both of my card in for repairs. Instead of the $2000 to fix them, total was around $600. I do not worry about them and very good service.
A shame.
