Great selection of hard to find ingredients. My husband lived in Japan for a few years and we've been able to find some of his favorite foods/ingredients. The meats and seafood are great, huge selection. We make a trip at least once a month.

I don't bother employees with questions, unless I can't find something, (that rarely happens) or I'm in a hurry. Cashiers have always been friendly to me.
(It might be 'cause I'm a friendly guy, most of the time!)

As an Asian/Pacific Islander I enjoy this place because it had ingredients from back home but the flies are crazy! I understand they are attracted to the seafood but something needs to be done. Other than that, even with some pricy items, I would keep coming back.
One small complaint. The seafood there that is farm raised is so overpriced. However the fresh vegetables and fruit is very good.
Excellent choice of groceries from all over the world at affordable prices, however, the management is RUDE and there are FLY DROPPINGs on food!!!! Employees practically yell at you if you ask for assistance! I used to spend over $100 every week but I don’t think I am coming back there any more :(
