I'm checking in today for a conference and the customer service has been great so far. They let me check in to my room early (early flight) and were very accommodating when I had to add on an extra night a couple weeks before. The rooms are fine but not amazing. The location is not really near anything, so make sure you budget money for driving/ride sharing.
NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. Even ran down hotels have it ....Breakfast restaurant doesn't open till 630. No accommodations for people that have to leave before then to deal with heavy traffic in this area.
Bar with food and ashley restaurant is great with good prices.
The living space itself is awesome....aura of place is awesome.
I was there for a work meeting. We were located in a conference room near the back. The room was large but pretty simple. It served it's purpose. I did notice the nice lobby and restaurant. I didn't eat but overheard the food was good.
Nowhere to actually smoke(felt like an outsider asking) Was told to go to front of hotel.
This is a quite big hotel. I cannot say I am impressed with the hotel but it is okay. I am attending for a conference. From talking to the hotel employees that were managing the buffet area I gather that customer satisfaction is not really a concern...
For a hotel which costs 100 a night there should at least be continental breakfast.
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My company paid for my visit because we had a conference here. The staff was top notch. They even found the jacket I left in the restaurant. My room was nice. The bed was super comfortable. The shower was Great! It has perfect water pressure and temperature. I had cable any time I turned on the tv, but some of my coworkers had spotty service. The WiFi was also good and FREE. I also thought the food was excellent, including the bar and restaurant. We were close to a few other restaurants and a drug store. Two criticisms: the walls were a little thin and there was a weird mildew smell in some of the halls. But over all I was very pleased.
