After a lengthy stay in the Hospital my father was a patient at this facility. He had excellent attentive care from the staff and during his stay was able to develop friendships with his care takers. The food was great and he enjoyed being able to have dinner in the dining hall with his family. He had to endure intense therapy sessions, which my son was invited and encouraged to attend with him. His therapist was able to work with him to regain mobility in his arms and leg and he also learned some skills and tools that have helped him in his daily life at home. I believe that the staff is dedicated to provide exceptional care and If given the opportunity, I would recommend Bayside Health and Rehab Center to my friends and family.
Everything was excellent! The care I received was superb and the staff was cordial, friendly and attentive. I would like to give a shout out especially to the nursing, housekeeping and therapy department for being professional and well trained at their jobs. Bayside is a wonderful facility.
Walking in to this building you can definitely feel a warm and friendly atmosphere. Everything has been renovated recently and it looks great. All of the staff there are very pleasant, everyone from housekeeping to upper management. It is very clean and the food selections were top notch. It is definitely not your average hospital food. The therapy and nursing staff here do a wonderful job helping patients get back to where they need to be. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing skilled nursing services.
This is a wonderful facility. They truly care about everyone. everyone including dietary staff , housekeeping, nursing, all the way up to the therapy staff provide exceptional care always have a smile on their face. They are definitely an ELITE facility. I would highly recommend to anyone needing rehab or long term care to come here.
This is an excellent center! Everyone was very approachable and had great customer service which goes a long way in healthcare. These places have a negative perception but my experience showed me that isn't always the case. The care was very good and the therapists were phenomenal. I would choose Bayside health and rehab again for sure.
