The receptionist did not understand insurance. She was adamant that when I had Humana that I had opted out of Medicare. She was extremely rude and Boisterous. I believe her name was Tina! I never went back.
Pre-op physical therapy. Very good idea; thorough and comprehensive routine. Hopefully this will reduce any potential problems that could occur post operation!
