Would not pick me up in Chesapeake. Tactfully, they chose to simply repeat (4×), "We're kind of far from you" as the only reply. Odd their website lists trips to Williamsburg, but they are unwilling to make a pickup in Chesapeake that would have ended right near their office.
Denise is a very respectable and friendly driver! The taxi was thoroughly organized and didnt reak like other taxis do. The conversation was a plus as well and I'm definitely looking forward to riding with her again
Tonight was my first time using this company. I will be using 1st Choice Taxee from now on! The cab was clean, on time, and appeared to be well maintained. I am a nervous passenger when it comes to how most cabs drive around here, but the driver, Paul, was an excellent driver and never once made me feel unsafe or uncomfortable. Paul was very helpful, friendly, and a genuinely kind human being. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know!
Had a bachelorette party at the beach, we have been barhopping and we called a taxi they never came. So we called first choice taxi a sweet bubbly lady answered the phone, she picked us up within seven minutes and she had bottled water's and candy, while playing the best music. So we became hungry, we ask if she could bring us to Taco Bell, and she did, she brought us all back safely home, and we felt like we made a new friend. I highly recommend this taxi service the van was super clean and Denise has perfect manners , from then in we hv all used First Choice Taxi and hv been more than pleased!!

I had a great customer experience. My information was taken very quickly and the driver by the name Fred showed up in less than 10 minutes. He actually asked me If I have preferred route to my destination which was really nice! He had no problem stopping by 7-Eleven on our way and didn’t even charge me extra for waiting!!! Clean cab and polite driver.
