Awful! We were so excited to spend the day here. The kids couldn't wait to go. Got there and thought we were being pranked. It looks like they took the crappiest left over fair rides and put them in a parking lot. The staff looked dirty, and pissed off. No one smiled. It was nasty dirty and the bathrooms were worse than porta John's at an outdoor concert! Do not waste your time or get the kids excited for this.
The most dirty disgusting amusement park you will every go to. Everything is filthy and the bathrooms are atrocious. I spoke with the manager about them because I have two little kids that are at the age where they are now using the bathroom and I would have rather peed outside in public than go into that bathroom. His excuse was that they have so many people come into the park they can't keep it under control which I think is complete bs. As a business you should know where to allocate your needs and this place is run very poorly. The rides are decent for an amusement park. The staff I would rate poorly for customer service but what can you expect from someone who is willing to work there I guess. Not happy customer. Will not be returning. I'm from Virginia Beach and this speaks very poorly of our city with all the tourist that just come here in the summer. They should be ashamed.
I see the review that says these people will lie and steal your money but I bet to differ. Left my wallet on the Ferris wheel today and my brand new S8+phone then drove all the way home. I return an hour later and the guy tells me it's in the office. Another guy working helps me to the office he saw my stuff also. The lady in the office hands me my 200 Michael Kors wallet and my phone, I open it to find my 300 cash inside along with everything else. Any one of these people could have had easy money and they didn't they returned my belongings. I never expected to find my cash in my wallet or even my wallet to be honest. Seem pretty honest to me and I will happily return and spend my money here. Thank you.
These people will lie to you and steal your money. Absolutely the worst place in VA beach. Nothing to do here. Do not waste your time or money here. Please go do something, ANYTHING else.
This was the lamest thing on the entire planet. They lied to us, took away my daughters prize (shes 2 and it was a technicality) and the ride are like $8 a person! If you want to spend over $200 here go right ahead. Would not recommend at all!
