I received impeccable service on my recent visit to this spa! Noriko provided an excellent pedicure and manicure, and Danielle's 80 minute Swedish massage was brilliant -- beyond brilliant. I will definitely return and I invite others to schedule an appointment immediately!!! My only gripe is that they can be a tad difficult to reach via phone, however these issues don't detract from my awesome experience!
Lauren P was an absolute pleasure to work with and she delivered excellent service. This was easily one of the best massages I have ever had. Her attention to detail was impeccable and her bedside manner was exceptional. I would enthusiastically recommend her to anybody without hesitation. She is a true asset to this spa. Kayla, the lovely receptionist was an absolute joy to speak with. Her customer service skills are unparalleled and head and shoulders above any other. My entire experience began and ended on a high note and it was all due to her. I am eager to return and to see these two ladies. Management, please take note of these exceptional team members!
Personally, I wish I could say I had an amazing time at the spa as the other ladies but it was flawed... My bf & I scheduled a couples massage earlier that day (well we thought we did, guess there was a lack of communication with the girl at the front desk since she didnt write it down) but when we came at the time we thought we scheduled, the slot was still open so no biggie! Little did we know, filling out the paperwork and changing into our robes cut into the time of our massage which was supposed to be 50 minutes but ended up being 30! My massage also did not feel the greatest ... It wasn't bad but it just didnt feel as great as advertised ... Some parts were mildly touched that should've been emphasized more. My boyfriend got a different massage and enjoyed his however. I wouldnt have been dissapointed if the cost wasnt so high.. We paid over 250 to get a 30 minute massage ... The only thing that made me feel a little better was that we got a free cup of champagne from the front desk hostess. My massage lady was also just barely friendly... I just really expected more all in all... Right now, I don't think I would go to this spa again.
The Flowering Almond Spa was absolutely wonderful, I personally want to shout out Tyler (my masseuse) and Kayla (my partners) for being so wonderful and attentive! My partner says she had a really good session with Kayla, that she checked on her regularly to make sure the pressure and the problem areas were taken care of and was very kind. Tyler was very considerate and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable (due to me being female and he being a male) and he also checked to make sure I was doing well regularly. The massages themselves were EXCELLENT and my partner and I left refreshed, relaxed, and in much better shape than when we came in. My body is always in pain from having multiple injuries from the military and currently working manual labor and for once in a very long time I don't feel a thing. The packages offered are very fair priced for everything they give you, I paid what I expected for such great service including champagne and chocolate strawberries:) I highly recommend this spa.
