We had a great experience here! Randy Bridgeman provided excellent customer service. Very nice, friendly and professional. He asked what he could help us with when we walked in and pointed us in the right direction. He gave us our space while we shopped around and checked in to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend this store. Not only were the sales people nice, but the store layout displays the furniture well. Very pleasant experience!
Wes provided a pleasant shopping experience. He provided information to all of our questions and was not trying to push the sale. He also ensured that we received the best price from the several specials currently be run. I highly recommend Wes and Ashley Furniture.
Our salesperson was Craig, and he did a great job of finding us a good deal and answering all of our questions. He checked the price 3 times to make sure we got the best deal. It was an overall pleasant experience, and the best deal in town!
Hands down the best furniture store in Hampton Roads. As soon as we stepped in the door we were greeted by Wes and made feel as though we were his best customers. He seemed more concerned with knowing we were happy unlike other places where they try to sell the most profitable pieces. He made buying furniture easy. I have to say that Wes and his customer service is the reason my family will continue to ONLY shop at Ashley. I mistakenly went to Grand Furniture first and it was a waste of time. Everything was overpriced and they had nothing in stock. We picked out 12 different pieces and nothing was available until mid December and truthfully we just didn’t like the place. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. The young ladies that do the contract and payment info were awesome.I have told everyone about our experience at Ashley and the great selection and prices. I also made sure to tell them to see Wes. If you’re looking for furniture don’t waste anymore time with any other company. We got a 3 piece sectional and a storage ottoman for less than just a sofa at Grand. It’s obvious that Ashley furniture only hires the best of the best. Every employee deserves top ratings. Thank you so much and you will see us soon for another purchase.
Craig was so helpful and got us a great deal. He also worked with us to get our furniture delivered as fast as possible. The store was huge and had a great inventory. I would recommend this store and Craig as a salesperson 100%.
