We were told 8-12 weeks for our couches to come in. At 8 weeks I started calling, but the customer service people have NO idea and didn't really care that they were incompetent. They gave us several dates that turned out to be a lie. At 14 weeks they finally arrived. I bumped up from 1 star to 2 because they gave us a discount for the delay. Still a very frustrating experience from a store I considered to be on the higher end of furniture quality. You expect more when you pay more, and they didnt deliver. I wont be shopping here again.
I was not impressed with the stores furniture selections, but the prices were better than elsewhere.
Ask for Tommy. Super laid back, doesn't follow you around the store, which is a winner in my book.
Didn't buy anything, but I was greeted at door and found the staff very helpful, furniture looked to be better quality pieces in which you will pay more for.
