Go see “Stephanie Propes” at the Virginia Beach Blvd store. No pressure, kept in touch over the course of 6 weeks as I was waiting to close on my home. Always informative and researched every single one of my questions or concerns. No nonsense answers. Additionally, She worked with me adjusting my delivery date multiple times. (My fault.) Bottom line she made my overall experience exceptional. You can’t always say that when walking in and out of some places. Her customer service technique is hard to find. She has a great attitude and she actually trusts you, the customer... And I her...
Oh my goodness. I am so impressed with our Sales Rep Stephanie Propes! She was so helpful and even came in on her day off to finalize the sale of our 2 dining room table sets. Now she has scored us the last 4 chairs available to have as back ups! Totally professional and so eager to please she is AWESOME! As a business owner myself I would be happy to have her as an employee! We are so happy with the product and service!
After driving 2 hours to pick up our furniture, we confirmed the pieces were all present and was informed all pieces were present but one. Once arrived at store was informed the warehouse never shipped the items, any of them, and they would take an additional $300 off, and offered us the floor models. We were also told (previously) they had warehouse inventory the week we decided to pick up our furniture. So I understood this. We decided to go with the deal and were told they would use bubble wrap and plastic to pack the items. When we drove around back, the floor models were wrapped in plastic and only plastic, no bubble wrap. All in all the experience was good.
Great quality furniture. The return policy made me less nervous about ordering online, but I don't think I'll need to worry about that! Excellent customer service made getting my questions answered painless. I have already recommended them to friends who love our furniture!
I had an amazing experience at your store. Your salesperson never was pushy and didn't try to get us to buy more expensive items. She wanted to make sure that all our pieces were going to fit. Her name is Phoenix Reid. And because of this I have decided to come back this weekend and buy a new bedroom set.
