Furniture is extremely poor quality. I purpose a whole apartment of furniture a little over two years ago and everything is falling apart. Protection plan is useless. I haven't even made the last payment. So disappointing. Also learned the hard way to double check interest on purchase. More than doubled original approval amount.

Run run run the ghetto sounding non enunciating FEMALES in the moving dept have capabilities like that of a cock roach. They messed up the delivery Times I get a call saying they are ten minutes out mind you the time difference from when I was told is 12 hours so I have to drop everything then they hang up I tried to call back they kept hanging up then when they finally spoke some magilla gorilla sounding keyboard smasher tells me they have turned my number in to the police??? What the hell is wrong with these people. Don't do business with grand furniture have been for years never again. I only accepted the furniture because of the truck drivers. Good group of guys sorry they work for a company like this I've never done a review on anything ever but I feel this is needed. Hopefully a general or district manager will act upon the reviews.
If I could give a negative 1 would. The delivery guys that picked up my furniture was unprofessional! They made me feel uncomfortable in my home and a 30min visit extended to 45mins because the driver felt as if he had the right to flirt and stare while loading the truck.

@ Grand Furniture I have a problem with them sending someone's merchandise to my home twice and now every month I get their mail. I have made several attempts to have them stop the mail from coming to my home. I finally was able to speak to a supervisor at their Chesapeake office she assured me that the problem was taken care of and I will receive no mail in this persons name. Today another envelope was sent to my address yet again. I called to complain about it at the VA Bch location and the young lady refused to take care of the problem told me to talk to the post office and hung up on me....
