Very disappointed in our stay here. The pictures are not what they make it look like. The bed was so uncomfortable , it felt like sleeping on a box spring, it was so hard. The bed skirt was dirty. The heating system was so noisy and was not the tempature it said it was. The blankets were so thin, we were cold all night. We complained the next morning and we were given another room and the bed was exactly the same way minus the noisy heating but was still very cold. The balcony sliding glass door was so filthy that you could barely see the beach view. They put us on the 12 floor and one elevator was broken , which only left one other elevator so for you to get back n forth to your room, it was very long waits in between and the elevator that was working was very dirty and noisy. They have only one coffee maker in lobby and it was either always empty or the coffee was cold. Their breakfast buffet was way over priced for that hotel.
While the rooms are nice they only allow one car per room. Some of there parking is in front of the hotel while some parking is a block away. The parking lot is right next to a popular vacation bar/club. There were cops out front so I didn't feel like my car was left in a safe area. They do offer free valet parking. They do not offer free breakfast. However kids eat free with adult purchase.
It is great here! But the room is a bit small for 4 people... and the Internet can be annoyingly slow. Also, when I wanted to go sketch downstairs in the morning, there is nowhere to sit!
Rooms are clean and comfortable. My room had two full beds and they were very comfortable if a touch soft for my liking. The balcony was small but had included chairs. Nice view of the ocean was available from the sliding glass door. A small pleasant bar and restaurant are just behind the front desk. Food was good but no Continental breakfast. An indoor pool was available didn't ever use it as we are 300 feet from the beach! Did dip a to in and it isn't heated. Over all great place to stay comfortable and cool in the summer heat.
Absolutely a great location right on the beach, with some spectacular views from the 9th floor. Since parking on the property is very limited the hotel provides for valet/self parking across the street free if charge. There is an abundance of night life activities around the hotel. The room was very comfortable and had a fridge, microwave, Flat screen TV. Overall we enjoyed our stay and more than anything we enjoyed the spectacular ocean views. I will highly recommend staying here.
