The view from the rooms are spectacular and sitting on the balcony listening to the waves is relaxing. The hotel restaurant is award winning and delicious. The rooms are nice but the bathroom is so small you have a hard time shutting the door. The pool is nice but the hot tub isn't working. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful.

I also want to add, the parking was in a garage across the street. Not bad since you need a key card to park, though it was tight navigating. However, it was raining the day we stayed so walking through the rain wasn't my best thing, and if we had more luggage it would have been a problem.
Overall we were very happy with our stay and definitely plan to book this hotel again in the future.
Nice place. Rooms are nice and clean, comfy bed. All rooms are oceanfront at 6th and Atlantic. We stay here several times every year. They have one floor of smoking rooms rest of the place is non smoking. Indoor jacuzzi and pool.
This hotel definitely gave me mixed feelings.
After hours of searching for the "perfect" hotel, we finally found it at the Ramada on the Beach. This hotel met all of our standards and it's amenities fit our lifestyle. With an indoor pool, a balcony beachfront view, and an indoor restaurant Ramada on the Beach will definitely be seeing more of my wife and I!! Oh, and might I add that they are one of VERY FEW hotels that allow smoking indoors. (That was the deciding factor when we were hotel hunting)

Pros:
It felt like the hotel management did the bare minimum to keep the place "up to date" and knew they could get away with it because of the demand for oceanfront hotels in the summer. The pros were REALLY nice and really saved the hotel for me. But the cons were enough that I still won't come back, unfortunately. It has the potential if things were addressed and for the price, its great. But I would have hoped for something nicer considering the area and that you know they have to be bringing in plenty of income during tourist season to cover the updating.

We had a reservation at another nearby hotel that someone else booked for us and felt we needed to stay somewhere else for safety reasons. We chose the Ramada and were very glad we did. The gentleman at the front desk was very professional and friendly while checking us in. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were very pleased with how quiet the room was as well. We ate at the restaurant on the first floor, Mahi Mah's, twice during our stay (reviewed separately) and it was nice to have a good restaurant right in the hotel. I gave it four rather than five stars because of a couple minor things that were not a big deal, but kept it from being a 5 star experience. Certainly not anything that would keep me from returning.
