Best budget bus so far. Well run and clean!
I am a client for over 5 years affordable, clean on time, schedule time is perfect but today idk what happened the 9am departure to Va did not come at all ...everyone was put on hold no one would tell us what was going on frankly I was shocked to experience this because they are so great.. I have my 9 yr old Two luggage's 2 carry ons it was 11am and no answer it was hot and I honestly did not know how to go back home I needed to get home right away thankfully I was informed of the lion bus in canal street which I did get a ticket for a 5pm .... Today was just a mess
Great traveling but one worker didn't honor that my son was Autistic boarding in Virginia. A nice woman who advocates stepped in and put her in her place I really liked the clean buses
Decent express bus from NYC to Norfolk/Va Beach. WiFi, a bit tight, like most cheap express bus routes, but certainly much cheaper than the train or driving.
I love using this bus to get to New York. The workers are very helpful. The drivers are safe
