AWFUL! Incompetent owner and accounting team- Realtor i worked with there was fine but she was embarrassed to be associated with this company!

However countless screw ups sending me my rental payment- incompetent accountant- no clue what they are doing- slowest payment and banking system. Totally unorganized - so glad not to ever have to deal with them again- happily taking my business elsewhere!

I am a homeowner and rented out my property with the help of a wonderful realtor/property management team.
We rented from company and our experiance was not the greatest the landlord lady would come in our home when we were not home and we would find her sitting on couch with no contracters? Had to get nasty to keep her out of our home. She constantly harassed us and would tell neighbors our business. She lies and is totally unorganized and unprofessional. Don't think I'll ever recommend company to anyone based on our experience of 2 years dealing with the employee. BEWARE OF SHAREN WINCHELL with ALL PROS REALITY ON INDEPENDENCE.
