Awesome Company! Valerie Temple assisted me with the purchase of our home. We were first time home buyers and did no know much about what to expect. Brian Fockler of the Rhyan Finch Real Estate Team was extremely helpful as our Buyer’s Agent. I couldn’t have asked for more from him. He made himself available for viewings, accommodating both mine and my wife’s busy schedules in the Navy. He was willing to meet up late in the evenings, and even on weekends – whatever it took to get the job done! He responded very quickly to our concerns and phone calls/texts/emails. His level of knowledge of the market in the Hampton Roads area around Virginia Beach and Norfolk is very high, especially since he is a Virginia Beach native and also lived in Norfolk for several years. He also has vast knowledge of and experience renovating homes and making repairs, which was helpful for the particular home we purchased. He is always dressed professionally, however that never stopped him from getting his hands dirty and making sure the houses we took a look at had no hidden issues in damp basements, crawl spaces, or attics.
